2. How Invoices Work
An order confirmation and receipt are sent to your email immediately after checkout. This serves as your invoice for the purchase. If you need a formal invoice for business or tax purposes, contact us and we'll issue one.
3. Payment Timing
Your card or payment method is authorized and charged at checkout. We do not offer "pay later" or invoice-on-shipment options at this time.
4. Split Shipments
If your order ships in multiple packages (e.g., large items shipping separately from smaller accessories), you are only charged once for the full order total — you will not see multiple separate charges unless you specifically split payment methods at checkout.
5. Failed Payments
If a charge fails, we'll notify you by email with instructions to update your payment method. Orders with unresolved payment issues may be canceled after a reasonable hold period.
6. Sales Tax
Sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state/local tax rules. Tax-exempt organizations should contact us before placing an order to arrange documentation.
7. Refund Timing

8. Questions About a Charge
If a charge on your statement doesn't match what you expect, contact us before disputing it with your bank — we can usually resolve billing questions faster directly.
