We do not knowingly list products obtained through unauthorized or gray-market channels.

2. What "Authorized" Means

Where we describe ourselves as an authorized retailer for a specific brand, that means we have a verified distribution or dealer relationship for that brand's products. This status can change over time as distribution agreements evolve — the current list of brands we carry is always reflected in our live product catalog.

3. Manufacturer Warranty Validity

Because our products are sourced through legitimate channels, manufacturer warranties remain valid on items purchased from us. If you ever have trouble validating a warranty claim with a manufacturer using your Laitm order confirmation, contact us immediately — this should not happen, and we'll help resolve it.

4. Reporting a Concern
