1. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days of order confirmation. Large or freight-shipped items (e.g., pergolas, generators, ride mowers) may require additional processing time — the estimated timeframe is shown on each product page.
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

Delivery estimates are provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, and remote delivery addresses can affect actual delivery time.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight/size, and selected shipping method. Some promotions may include free shipping on qualifying orders — see current offers on the Site.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking data to update after the shipping label is created.
5. Large & Freight Items
Oversized items shipped via freight carrier may require you to be present for delivery or to schedule a delivery appointment. Inspect freight deliveries for visible damage before signing — if you notice damage, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours.
6. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within the United States. Some products may have additional shipping restrictions based on size, weight, or carrier limitations — these are noted on the product page where applicable.
7. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or your package appears lost, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier and work toward a resolution — replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
8. Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or refund per our Refund & Returns Policy.
9. Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer; additional shipping fees may apply to reroute or resend such orders.
