1. Overview

These Billing Terms & Conditions govern how Laitm LLC charges you for orders placed on laitm.com. They apply alongside our Terms of Service.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept major credit and debit cards, and other payment methods displayed at checkout (e.g., digital wallets). All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor; we do not store your full card details on our servers.

3. When You're Charged

Your payment method is charged at the time you place your order, not at the time of shipment. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you and issue a refund for the unavailable item.

4. Pricing & Taxes

• All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
• Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and local tax laws.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, even after an order confirmation has been sent, and will contact you before charging any corrected amount.

5. Order Confirmation & Receipts

You will receive an email confirmation and receipt after your order is placed. If you do not receive one within a reasonable time, check your spam folder or contact us using the details below.

6. Failed or Declined Payments

If a payment fails or is declined, your order will not be processed until a valid payment method is provided. We are not responsible for delays caused by payment issues on your end.

7. Billing Errors

If you believe you've been charged incorrectly, contact us within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and issue a correction or refund where appropriate.

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer — most billing issues can be resolved faster this way. Fraudulent or abusive chargeback activity may result in account suspension.

9. Currency & International Orders

All transactions are processed in USD. If your card is issued in a different currency, your bank may apply currency conversion fees; these are outside our control.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Billing Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page.
