1. Return Window

We accept returns within 90 days of delivery for most items. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition unless the return is due to a defect or shipping damage.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Items marked "Final Sale" at time of purchase
• Products that have been assembled, installed, or used
• Items missing original packaging, manuals, or accessories
• Custom or made-to-order products

3. How to Start a Return

1. Email Contact@laitm.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll confirm eligibility and send return instructions, including a return shipping label where applicable.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back within 14 days of return approval.
4. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund or exchange.

4. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect, or shipping damage), we cover return shipping. For returns due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

5. Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to large or freight-shipped items (e.g., pergolas, generators, ride mowers) returned for reasons other than defect or damage. Any applicable fee will be clearly disclosed before your return is finalized.

6. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Exchanges

Want a different size, color, or model instead of a refund? Let us know when you start your return — we'll process an exchange once the original item is received, subject to availability.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no cost to you — see our Warranty & Replacement page for manufacturer warranty claims beyond the return window.
