Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, along with other payment options shown at checkout. All payments are processed securely.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Contact us as soon as possible at Contact@laitm.com. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can usually make changes or cancel it. Once it ships, our Return Policy applies instead.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days and arrive within 5–8 business days via standard shipping. Large freight items can take longer. See our full Shipping Policy for details.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States only.
My order arrived damaged — what do I do?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Returns & Warranty

What's your return policy?
Most items can be returned within 90 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. See our full Refund & Returns Policy for details, including a few non-returnable categories.
Are your products covered by warranty?
Yes — most products carry the original manufacturer's warranty. Coverage varies by brand. See Warranty & Replacement for how to file a claim.
Are the products you sell genuine/authentic?
Yes. We source directly from manufacturers or authorized distributors — see our Authorized Retailer & Authenticity page.

Products & Assembly

Do large items like pergolas or ride mowers require assembly?
Most large structural items (pergolas, gazebos, sheds) require assembly, typically detailed on the product page along with estimated assembly time. Ride mowers and generators generally arrive ready to use with minimal setup.
